Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the sale of 180,000 square feet of industrial space in Scio Township, Mich.
John Fricke, Grant Bruce and Jay Chavey of Signature Associates represented the seller, Superior Consultants. The property was purchased by the Ann Arbor-based real estate investment group MAV Development. MAV has no immediate plans for the property but will likely look to redevelop the site at the northeast corner of Interstate-94 and Zeeb Road, just west of Ann Arbor, in the future.
