Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the sale of 19,617 square feet of industrial space in Auburn Hills, Mich.
Paul Hoge and Garrett Keais of Signature Associates represented both the seller, Citizens Bank, and the purchaser, 2498 Commercial LLC. The purchaser is the current occupant who bought the building from its landlord.
