Signature Associates recentlly negotiated the sale of 112,500 square feet of industrial space in Howell, Mich.
Jim Montgomery and Steve Gordon of Signature Associates represented the seller, Arete Industries. Jim Montgomery also represented the purchaser, Michigan Automatic Turning.
Michigan Automatic Turning will consolidate four operations into this new facility over the next year in response to continued growth.
