Signature Associates announced that Catherine Coutts has been promoted to property manager.
She is responsible for managing industrial, retail, warehouse, hi-tech, and residential properties in the southeastern Michigan market. Currently, Coutts’ portfolio consists of managing approximately 200,000 square feet of industrial/commercial property in addition to multifamily residential.
She has been with the firm for more than three years, first joining the team as assistant property manager.
