The site has retail spaces on the first floor, office suites on the second floor, and 44 apartment units are currently being added to the property.
Jeffrey Tucker of Signature Associates is the listing broker representing the owner, Green Cane, LLC. Freyling Mendels was selected as the development’s official name to recognize the former greenhouse, which historically occupied the property.
