Bryan Brench of Signature Associates represented the seller, LN Real Estate, and the buyer, Edward Spyker Properties, LLC.
Edward Spyker Properties plans to lease the building to Paddle Sports Warehouse, a Web-based catalog, retail and distribution company for the water sports industry.
