3169 Beecher is one of the assets seized by the federal government in a fraud case against a Flint-area investor.
Grant Bruce and Chris Secontine of Signature Associates represented both the seller, Treasure Enterprise, LLC, and the purchaser, Beecher Medical Building, LLC. O’Keefe is the federal court receiver for this property.
Signature Associates has worked with O’Keefe in the sale of nearly 12 assets. The purchaser is an investor-owner with whom Signature has previously sold, leased and resold 24901 Northwestern in Southfield, Michigan.
