Signature Associates negotiated the sale of 52,940 square feet of office space at 24800 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, Michigan.
The building was sold to Symmetry Property Management & Realty Inc. Symmetry plans to redevelop and lease a portion of the building to an office tenant.
KJ Commercial represented the buyer. Steve Gordon and Jason Stough of Signature Associates represented the seller, Everten, LLC, a local business and property owner.
