Locally-based Signature Bank has opened its new headquarters location in the Northwest Plaza office complex in Rosemont, where the bank has signed a new lease for 10,500 square feet. This is the bank’s fourth Chicago-area location.
Northwest Plaza is a 328,000 square foot, Class B+ office complex ideally located at 9701-9801 W. Higgins Road, between the Northwest Tollway (I-90) and the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) just minutes from O’Hare Airport.
Rick Benoy, a Senior Vice President with the office leasing group at JLL, completed the transaction on behalf of building ownership, a partnership including Fulcrum Asset Advisors, LLC.
Jim Rose and Bill Rogers with JLL’s tenant representation group negotiated on behalf of the bank, which offers a full suite of personal and commercial banking, treasury management and wealth management services.
