Signature Associates negotiated the lease of 19,483 square feet of industrial space at 28031 Grand Oaks Court in Wixom, Michigan, to new tenant Gissing Automotive.
The company will establish its research-and-development facility in this new location.
Jim Montgomery of Signature Associates represented the landlord, VendTek Wholesale Equipment. VendTek is relocating to 47757 West Road, also in Wixom.
