Randstad US, L.P. has leased 1,300 square feet in Wauwatosa, Wis., from Continental Properties. Adam Connor and Bruce Westling of NAI MLG Commercial represented Continental Properties in the transaction.
Bethesda Lutheran Communities, Inc. has leased 18,840 square feet in Appleton, Wis., from West End Associates, LP. Westling and Connor represented the tenant in the transaction.
Elite Nutrition has leased 2,660 square feet in West Bend, Wis., from ARM Management, LLC. Adam Williquette of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.
