Venture One Real Estate celebrated the groundbreaking of a 130,000-square-foot state-of-the-art food production facility in Huntley, Illinois, on behalf of Silesia Group.
The project is located off Route 47 near the Interstate-90 interchange at the Huntley Industrial Park and will more than triple Silesia’s footprint in the United States.
Integrating research, manufacturing, and warehousing operations, the new Silesia facility will serve customers throughout the Americas further positioning Huntley as a sustainable manufacturing hub.
Development is led by Venture One Real Estate. Meridian Design Build will oversee construction with architectural design by Ware Malcomb. Brian Kling with Colliers International represented Silesia Group throughout the site selection and development process.
