Oakdale, Minn.-based Silver Oak Development has been selected by Investors Real Estate Trust to manage the development of the addition to Southdale Medical Center in Edina, Minn.
Southdale Medical Center is one of the largest medical office complexes in the Twin Cities market. The $25 million expansion project, already in progress, includes the construction of a four-story 57,000-square-foot medical office building and parking ramp.
Completion of the addition and the ramp’s first phase is scheduled for June of 2015. A second phase will wrap construction by September of 2015.
