CBRE recently assisted Simpson Manufacturing in the purchase of 174,400 square feet at 2505 Enterprise Drive in West Chicago, Illinois.
Simpson, one of the largest suppliers of structural building products in the world, will relocate and expand from its current 50,000-square-foot space in Addison to the new, institutional-grade building.
David Prell and Cal Payne of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics group in Chicago and Tyson Vallenari of CBRE Oakland represented the buyer, Simpson. Britt Casey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, CenterPoint Properties.
