Calamos Real Estate LLC announced Simpson Technologies Corporation will relocate its headquarters and Tech Center from Aurora, Illinois, to CityGate Centre in Naperville. Simpson will occupy 9,349 square feet at 2135 CityGate Lane. The 10-year lease will commence by November 1 of this year and will bring the Class-A building to 88% occupancy. The lease was brokered by Patrick Commercial Real Estate for Simpson and by Calamos Real Estate for CityGate Centre.
