Singerman Real Estate, a real estate private equity firm, is relocating to a new, 8,000-square-foot corporate headquarters office at 980 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. The firm has retained the project and development services division of Clear Height Properties to serve as project manager for tenant improvement assignment, inclusive of the design, buildout and relocation.
The new space, designed by GREC Architects, will include a dramatic reception area, private offices, board room, conference rooms, an open workstation area and kitchen. Singerman is moving up one story in the building—also known as One Magnificent Mile—to the 17th floor. The new and expanded space will provide the firm with room to accommodate the ongoing growth it has been experiencing.
“The look and feel of the new space will be in keeping with a traditional real estate investment firm and embrace the reputation Singerman has achieved as a highly successful investment firm,” said Jason Pammler, managing director, project and development services at Clear Height Properties. “The image will blend a traditional and tasteful richness with modern features and state-of-the-art technologies while also being mindful of costs.”
Work on the new space already has begun. According to Clear Height Properties, Singerman expects to be relocated and fully operational in its new space by the end of September 2019.
