The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) announced its Top Transactions Award Winners of 2019. The largest deal of 2019 was completed by Jim Kerrigan of North American Data Centers in Chicago, who arranged the sale of a Virginia industrial space for Corporate Office Properties Trust.

Kerrigan arranged the $345 million sale of a 1,473,360-square-foot industrial space in Ashburn, Virginia on behalf of Corporate Office Properties Trust. Kerrigan also received awards for the largest non-member industrial transaction and largest non-member investment transaction.

“SIORs Top Transaction Award Winners reflect why our members are the best of the best in the industry,” said Mark Duclos, SIOR’s Global President. “SIORs from around the world are elite professionals in commercial real estate, completing significant deals and demonstrating best-in-class service. To be distinguished alongside your peers in this capacity is a true honor. Congratulations to all of our recipients for a tremendous year and for continuously delivering superior service and upholding SIOR’s values.”
