The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) held its annual Platinum Sponsor Appreciation Event at the Chicago’s Old Post Office, 433 W. Van Buren Street, on June 28. More than 60 SIOR members, platinum sponsors and prospective members came together to enjoy one of the most ambitious and unique office redevelopments in the history of the city. The SIOR Chicago Chapter thanks its Platinum Sponsors for making this a memorable event each year.
Gensler’s Ashley Rogow told the story of her firm’s involvement in the multi-year redevelopment of the historic 2.5 million-square-foot property that had been abandoned for decades. Attendees spent time indoors and out, and the 3.5-acre rooftop (the largest private rooftop in the country) was the site of some great food, drinks, and camaraderie.
