Sioux City, Iowa-based NAI United has opened its own business brokerage, NAI United Business Brokerage.
Erin Hoekstra, president of NAI United Business Brokerage, said that this division of the brokerage will advise clients who are buying and selling businesses.
“There has been a need in the Siouxland market for a business broker for a long time,” Hoekstra said. “It’s sad to see companies close their doors simply because they don’t realize the importance of their business to the Siouxland community.”
Hoekstra said that NAI United Business Brokerage will determine a value for businesses and find buyers for them.
“A business owner’s life’s work should not come down to a liquidation sale,” Hoekstra said.
