Skender Construction announced today that four members of its team have been promoted.
Andrew Halik has been promoted from project manager to senior project manager. Halik has more than 11 years of experience in construction management, and joined Skender Construction in 2010. Over the course of his career at Skender, he has managed the construction of many tech and corporate clients in Chicago, including Motorola Mobility, Ropes & Gray and Braintree. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Blake MacGregor has been promoted from project manager to senior project manager. MacGregor has a decade of experience in construction, and he has managed projects for Northwestern Medicine and Senior Lifestyle Corporation since joining Skender in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
Steve Arnold was promoted from project engineer to project manager. Arnold has five years’ experience in the construction industry. Since joining Skender in 2014, he has helped manage the construction of two ground-up Fletcher Jones automotive facilities in Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University.
Tom Walsh has been promoted from project engineer to project manager. Walsh joined Skender in 2012, and has worked with a number of corporate clients including ACCO Brands, kCura and PSAV. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
