SLIB closed the sale of the Landing of Long Cove, a seniors housing community in Mason, Ohio, about 22 miles north of Cincinnati.
The facility, which was built in 2011, has 81 units.
The buyer is a Midwest-based owner/operator looking to add to its existing Midwest footprint.
Bradley Clousing, Daniel Geraghty and Ryan Saul of SLIB brokered the transaction.
