SLIB closed the sale of Acadian Cove in Richmond, Kentucky, and Willow Creek Senior Living in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
The two seniors housing facilities have a combined 114 units.
Arcadian Cove has 49 units of assisted living built in 2009. Willow Creek Senior Living has 65 assisted-living units and memory care units built in 1998.
The seller was a REIT divesting the properties for consolidation purchases. The buyer was a northeast-based operator looking to add to its Midwest portfolio.
