SLIB facilitated the sale of a five-property seniors housing portfolio in Ohio and Indiana.
The five communities total 400 units and were built from 1983 through 2001. The Ohio communities are located within 250 miles of each other, while the Indiana properties are within 75 miles of each other.
The seller was a Northeast-based private REIT that divested the portfolio to focus on its core geographic markets. The buyer was a regional-based owner/operator with existing communities in Ohio and looking to grow in the Midwest.
