SLIB facilitated the sale of the Sterling Meadows assisted-living facility in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. The facility offers an attractive physical plant while providing the buyer with the opportunity for expansion through memory care services.
The seller was a Lexington-based developer looking to exit the seniors housing sector. The buyer is a Southeast-based owner/operator adding to its portfolio. This is the first acquisition in Kentucky for this buyer.
