SLIB closed the sale of The Chateau at Mountain Crest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 167-bed skilled-nursing community in Cincinnati.
The buyer plans to invest significant capital into upgrading the physical plant with the goal of increasing occupancy.
Ryan Saul with SLIB handled the transaction. The seller was a national lender, and the buyer is a regional skilled-nursing owner/operator.
