SLIB closed the sale of an eight-property seniors housing portfolio in and around Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The eight communities had a combined total of 449 units/beds. The portfolio occupancy ranged from 65% to 95% with a portfolio average of 84%.
The seller was a private owner that acquired the communities as value-add deals. The buyer was an experienced assisted living company with an existing portfolio in the Southeast.
