Smith Dean Burgett Hotel Investments in Traverse City, Michigan, recently brokered the sale of the Best Western Greenfield Inn hotel in Allen Park, Michigan.
Brokers Gary Smith and Meril Dean marketed the full-service hotel and located a local qualified buyer.
The hotel features 209 guest rooms, restaurant and lounge, meeting room, indoor pool/spa and fitness center. The new owners plan to improve the hotel with renovations and upgrades.
The hotel’s sales price was not disclosed.
