Thanks to the help of St. Louis-based Solon Gershman Inc., Charles Karam of Eureka Hilltop LLC on Jan. 24 purchased the Shoppes at Hilltop shopping center in St. Louis from Jefferson Bank and Trust Co. in an REO sale.
Louis Ojile from Solon Gershman represented the buyer, while Solon Gershman’s Patty Kueneke represented the seller.
The deal included 23,422 square feet of finished retail space, 22,000 square feet of unfinshed retail space, two parcels of land totaling 2.4 acres and a Transportation Development District.
Solon Gershman will be the leasing agent for the retail space and handle the sale of the location’s out-parcels.
