Tim Balk and Patty Kueneke of St. Louis-based Solon Gershman represented First National Bank of St. Louis in the sale of 1.83 acres of land in Breckendridge Hills, Mo.
Balk and Kueneke helped the bank sell the land to the City of Breckenridge Hills. The land is located at 3463 Royalton Ave. in the city.
