Lee & Associates has closed two lease transactions at 17005-17045 S. Wallace Avenue in South Holland, Illinois. With these two deals, the 95,515-square-foot building is now fully leased.
Walter Murphy, principal, and Sean Austin, vice president, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented the owner, Midwest Industrial Funds, in both leases. Condit Exhibits renewed their lease on 78,916 square feet. Lee & Associates brokered both sides of the transaction. Power Distributing inked a new lease on 16,599 square feet. Calvin Gunn of Cawley Commercial represented the tenant.
