Southfield, Michigan-based REDICO appointed Jessica Doll as Chief Marketing Officer, effective Dec. 1.
Doll will lead marketing efforts across REDICO, American House and Continuum Services. Doll brings over two decades of experience in strategic marketing and brand management within the real estate industry.
Drawing on her experience as Bedrock’s former CMO, Jessica Doll conveyed strong enthusiasm for her new position at REDICO, saying, “I really believe in the power of a brand. I think there is a great trajectory here and I look forward to helping continue to drive recognition and growth.”
A Michigan native, Doll grew up in Saginaw and spent part of her childhood overseas due to her father’s career at General Motors. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art and Graphic Design from Michigan State University. Doll began her career at architecture and design firm Perkins & Will before joining JLL, where she spent seven years enhancing her marketing expertise and developing a passion for real estate.
At LaSalle Investment Management, Doll supported the North America region with investor-focused marketing and events. She later led marketing, branding and customer experience for Glenstar, a value-add owner operator and investor with properties in Chicago and Texas. There, she contributed to major redevelopments through property rebrands and the launch of tenant engagement programs to drive leasing momentum.
In 2022, Doll returned to Michigan to join Bedrock, advancing the company’s city-building vision in Detroit and Cleveland. She led Bedrock’s rebrand, redesigned the corporate website, marketed their 13-property multifamily portfolio, and oversaw brand development and go-to-market strategy for iconic properties, including Book Tower and Hudson’s Detroit.
