Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has completed the recent sale of a 13,150-square-foot industrial building at 2737 S. 12th Ave. in Broadview to Southwest Real Estate Group out of Woodlands, Texas.
Dan Fanelli, principal of Darwin Realty & Development Corporation, represented the seller and James Kennedy of Southwest Real Estate Group represented the buyer in the transaction.
