SparrowHawk, a real estate investment and management firm with a focus on industrial real estate, appointed Jorge Cabrera as Vice President of Asset Management & Transactions.
At SparrowHawk, Cabrera will be involved in property acquisitions and asset management in general. More specifically, Cabrera will focus on the St. Louis and Kansas City markets where SparrowHawk currently has a strong presence and is targeting acquisitions to expand its portfolio.
Cabrera brings a diverse professional experience in the US and Mexico, in corporate settings and with entrepreneurial firms. Throughout his various experiences, Cabrera has been a strategic dealmaker, leveraging strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills to establish connections and execute deals.
Most recently, Cabrera was a Managing Partner at MAZU Capital, a real estate investment firm that manages capital from high-net-worth investors from Latin America.
Cabrera graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University.
