SparrowHawk Real Estate Strategists has acquired 1619 Park 370, a single-tenant, 213,558-square-foot industrial property in Hazelwood, Missouri, from Chicago-based HSA.
The 11.28-acre property includes a Class-A office/warehouse building and is fully occupied by XPO Logistics, a global logistics company. The property is situated within minutes of the I-70 and I-270 interchanges and Lambert St. Louis International Airport.
