Colliers Chicago Executive Vice President Jeff Mulder has arranged a 25,779-square-foot lease on behalf of Spaulding Ridge at 203 N. LaSalle Dr. in the Central Loop submarket. The cloud technology advisory and implementation firm quadruples its office space at 105 W. Madison St. with the move.
“This was an incredibly attractive opportunity for Spaulding Ridge which is growing at breakneck speed,” added Mulder.
203 N. LaSalle Dr. is a 27 story, 625,221-square-foot Class A office tower. It features brand new amenities such as a state-of-the-art conference center, fitness center and tenant lounge. The building is directly connected to the CTA Clark/Lake station.
This is the company’s only Chicago location.
