Emily Zarcaro joined Northmarq in 2020 when the company acquired Q10 KDH. As Vice President of NorthMarq’s Houston office, Emily structures debt and equity capital for all types of commercial and multifamily real estate transactions throughout the US. Emily had been with KDH since 2014 where she assisted in underwriting and closing retail, industrial, office, multifamily, hospitality, self-storage, and mixed-use properties transactions. She has originated over $750M of commercial real estate loans.

Emily is a native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She received her MBA from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business with a focus in commercial real estate. She is actively involved with the UH Graduate Real Estate Program, NAIOP, and CCIM. Emily was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute in October 2016. She currently serves as the President for the CCIM Houston Gulf Coast chapter.
