NAI Hiffman announced the recent sale of 1411-1415 Brewster Creek Boulevard in Bartlett, Illinois. The 167,550 square-foot facility, located in northwest Cook County, is G4 Development Group’s third successfully sold speculative asset in the Brewster Creek Business Park.
1411-1415 Brewster Creek Boulevard offers 36-foot clear height, 29 dock-high doors and two drive-in doors. The Brewster Creek development boasts 325,000 total square feet of Class A industrial property. The business park is located near the intersection of Stearns and Munger Roads just west of Route 59, in close proximity to Interstates 90 and 390, as well as O’Hare International Airport
With the close of this transaction, NAI Hiffman Executive vice president Jeff Fischer has leased and sold all three of G4 Development Group’s assets in the Brewster Creek Business Park in Bartlett. The property’s new owner, PUSH Holdings, was represented by Frank Griffin of JLL.
