St. Louis-based Spellman Brady & Company recently completed the second  phase of the extensive renovation and expansion of Epworth Villa, a continuing-care retirement community in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Epworth Villa is part of the Epworth Living group of not-for-profit continuing-care retirement communities.

The work for Phase 2 consisted of the conversion of existing buildings into a new Town Center and Wellness Center, which includes three dining venues, a convenience store, theater, salon/nail spa and ballroom.  The combination of Phase 1 and 2 equals a total of 380,282 square feet of newly designed space.

Spellman Brady & Company’s scope of work for the Epworth Villa project included interior finish selections and documentation, as well as the planning, specification and acquisition of furniture, furnishings and artwork.
