Senior advisor Ben Andrews and advisor Andrew Gomez of Chicago’s Sperry Van Ness represented Title Boxing Club in its lease of a 7,832-square-foot retail space in the Randall Plaza retail center in Northbrook, Ill.
With Illinois locations currently operating in Buffalo Grove, Schaumburg and Naperville, as well as multiple states nationwide, Title Boxing Club is quickly expanding its presence in the Chicago area under the representation of the retail team at Sperry Van Ness.
“We are extremely excited about Title Boxing’s new locations in Crystal Lake and Northbrook, and continue to look for additional great spaces for TBC to take over in shopping centers
throughout the market,” said Andrews.
