Nathan Murphy has joined Sperry Van Ness-RICORE as an investment advisor on the “SELL with STASH” multi-family investment team.
Sperry Van Ness-RICORE focuses on the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky real estate markets.
Murphy comes to the company after having worked with another national investment real estate firm as an apartment investment specialist. He also spent more than three years in the retirement-services industry.
