Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha-based regional office, closed a $4.7 million refinance of the Four Season’s Apartments and South Park Apartments in Omaha.
NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
