Spiegelglass Construction is overseeing a renovation project in St. Louis’ Westport Plaza entertainment and resort development that will result in a new location for the development’s Kobe Steak House of Japan.
Kobe Steak House will move from the 12th floor of the development’s Gold Tower to the space previously filled by Ozzie’s Sports Bar and Grille.
Construction is set to begin in July, with the new 214-seat restaurant scheduled for completion later this year. The 9,000-square-foot space will house 18 Hibachi tables and an 800-square-foot, L-shaped bar.
Spiegelglass Construction is the general contractor, while Klitzing Welsch is the architect.
