SR Realty Trust acquired Westpark Logistics Center, a newly constructed Class-A industrial distribution facility in Whitestown, Indiana, one of the fastest-growing industrial submarkets in the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
The 183,000-square-foot warehouse is 100% leased to Scooter’s Coffee and serves as a key distribution hub supporting more than 300 Scooter’s Coffee locations across the region.
Located in Whitestown, just northwest of downtown Indianapolis, the property benefits from immediate access to Interstate 65 and proximity to Interstate 465, providing connectivity to major regional and national transportation networks. The area has experienced significant industrial growth in recent years, attracting national distribution, logistics, and manufacturing users due to its strategic location, skilled workforce, and business-friendly environment.
The acquisition marks SR Realty Trust’s first investment in the Indianapolis market and expands the REIT’s presence across the Midwest. SR Realty Trust currently owns and operates investments in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Missouri, with Indianapolis representing a strategic addition to its growing regional footprint.
