SR Realty Trust, Inc. has acquired a 100-percent leased multi-tenant distribution warehouse property located in the southern Kansas City suburb of Grandview, Missouri. The facility is at 14100 Botts Road.
The 500,000-square-foot building is home to Corbion, Church & Dwight, and Winco. The facility was built on a 39-acre site in 1997 and features 35-foot clear height, 60 dock doors and two drive-ins.
As part of the transaction, SR Realty Trust, Inc. facilitated 1031 exchanges for seven investors.
