SRS Real Estate Partners named Karla Smith Co-Market Leader in the firm’s Dallas office.
Smith will partner with Ryan Johnson in this leadership role as SRS accelerates its growth strategy in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and strengthens its footprint across Texas.
Since joining SRS five years ago, Smith has consistently ranked among the firm’s top performers, driven by her ability to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients. She has earned Top Producer recognition, served on the firm’s Board of Directors since 2021, and helped launch SOAR, SRS’ platform for developing and supporting women in brokerage.
Smith has been named to D CEO’s Dallas 500 for the past two years, recognizing the most influential business leaders in North Texas, and was recently a finalist for the Stemmons Service Award, one of Dallas commercial real estate’s highest honors.
Smith’s track record includes leading tenant rollouts and disposition strategies for national retailers. Her top clients include Target, Macy’s, Pacific Dental Services, AT&T, Frost Bank, Grain and Berry, At Home, and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
In this role, Smith will work closely with Johnson to strategically grow SRS’ presence in DFW while collaborating with market leaders across the state to enhance the firm’s reach and client impact throughout Texas.
