SRS Real Estate Partners’ Ryan Murphy represented the buyer in the acquisition of the 713,260-square-foot shopping center, Streets of Woodfield in Schaumburg.

Located on the west side of I-290 between East Woodfield Road and East Higgins Road, the Streets of Woodfield’s tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Carson Pirie Scott, AMC Theatre, Whole Foods Market, Sega/Gameworks and Crate & Barrel. The site of the U.S.’s first Legoland Discovery Center, Streets of Woodfield is a local prominent shopping destination.

Originally completed in 1997, the property has undergone a number of redevelopments and is presently 98 percent leased.  Tim Henry, senior vice president and market leader for the SRS Real Estate Partners Chicago office, will handle leasing on behalf of the partnership for Streets of Woodfield.
