St. Louis-based ARCO Construction completed a 57,300-square-foot warehouse and corporate headquarters tenant improvement for RJP Electric in Affton, Missouri, a South County suburb of St. Louis.
The project transformed an existing concrete masonry facility into a combined office and warehouse designed to support the electrical contractor’s team and operations under one roof.
The completed facility includes 37,700 square feet of warehouse space and 19,600 square feet of office space. Construction involved demolition of the existing office and a new buildout using light-gauge metal stud framing. The warehouse features a 24-foot clear height, two drive-in doors and an NFPA 13 fire protection system.

The company provides electrical construction, design-build and engineering, automation and controls, communication systems, and service and maintenance.
ARCO Construction provided design-build services for the tenant improvement, coordinating the office and warehouse scopes within the existing facility to deliver a unified new headquarters for RJP Electric.
