As the St. Louis area’s second-largest craft brewery, O’Fallon Brewery has grown large enough that it needed a closer-to-home production facility than the one the company had been relying on in Wisconsin.
Owner Jim Gorczyca found the perfect spot in Maryland Heights, Mo., listed by Hilliker Corporation.
The brewery recently closed on the property located at 45 Progress Parkway in Maryland Heights. The 38,000-square-foot building has more than two acres of land.
The new location will feature a brew house, tasting room, tours for visitors and an outdoor patio. The new facility will allow the company to produce 25,000 barrels a year. Renovations are scheduled to be completed by March 1, 2015.
Founded in 2000, O’Fallon Brewery produces small hand-crafted batches of beer. The company is headquartered at 26 W. Industrial Drive in O’Fallon, Mo.
