Terry Midgley and Bob Moske have joined Fairview Heights, Illnois-based IMPACT Strategies, a construction management firm based in the St. Louis market.
Midgley is a senior project manager. He brings 39 years of experience to his new position.
Moske, a project estimator, brings 35 years of experience to IMPACT Strategies.
