St. Louis-based Cushman & Wakefield|Gateway Commercial has acquired ROI Realty Partners. Adam Glosier, former president and founder of ROI, has joined Cushman & Wakefield|Gateway Commercial as a director, and will head the company’s new retail properties division.
C&W|Gateway, known for its office and industrial brokerage and corporate services practice, saw the acquisition of ROI as an opportunity to immediately increase its service offerings in the retail sector.
Kevin Gallagher, C&W|Gateway managing director, said, in a written statement, “We really wanted to enhance our retail service offerings and become one of the preeminent brokerage firms in that sector. Adam saw the benefits of aligning with us due to the platform we offer through Cushman & Wakefield.”
ROI was formed in 2009 by Glosier. In the last two years alone, Glosier personally completed more than 100 transactions for a total value of more than $52 million.
